Abstract

"The implementation of disputes rules on alternative forms of resolutions in electronic Commercial Disputes Taking into consideration the features of the electronic commercial disputes that heavily depend on modern communication means in particular internet, its cross-border (international) feature, often the lack of proper application of domestic laws and international treaties in these cases especially when we try to identify the right law to apply (Applicable Law) and the Jurisdictional Court hearing the dispute, in resolving these disputes, we should find new mechanisms that characterized by easy applicable procedures, speedy decision-making process avoiding disputes around applicable laws and providing specific features for the parties in bringing this claim before the court."
