Legal regulation of the unloaded-union workers

(Analytical study in the Jordanian Labor Law)

  Devoting to union works is considered as one of the most important principles in the labor law, because of its relation to exercising the activities and duties of the laborer union; it is hard to imagine its formation and existing without the devotion of some of its members to guide and lead it, the Jordanian legislative point out to this principle by the way, when organizing the issue of the labor firing prohibition in the vacation considering that the devotion requires a vacation permission from the work possessor.

It has been noticed through the study that the attitude of the Jordanian legislation of the devotion from the union works is vague and unsatisfiable for the labor and achieving the labors interests for many reasons the important of which the legislative condition the approval of the work possessor on the labor devotion, so the study tries to focus on the related and clarifying the suggested texts rules to resolve it.
