Abstract

"Been interested in the study of trying to focus on the analysis and study of the concept of war and gripped his status law in general international law, by trying statement genesis of the laws of war and attempts at the international level to Oincentha.
 These laws have ancient roots deep in human history, turning much of it to international norms, but the end of the eighteenth century and the beginning of the nineteenth century until World War II may have seen the movement of oustanding to codify the rules of the law of war and try Oincentha, were held a lot of international conventions that established it, so we have a United Nations organization that has been rationing of Prohibiting and preventing the use of force in international relations in its charter.
 Here we find that the laws of war, after this period has witnessed a clear negligence on the international level, on the grounds that the war has become a taboo is no need to codify rules and has therefore been the attention and focus on the human side only.
 In spite of all this, we find that the war has been a reality for the eyes of the international community we are witnessing erupt each period and when, so that the images may be varied international, we find them and interior, and became its effects most disastrous and heavier people than ever before for many reasons.
 This requires our opinion of Fiqh and involved serious work to restore interest and formulating legal rules for the war kept pace with what happened in the evolution of weapons and dealing among nations, and activation of these laws to reduce the effects on the international level."
