Abstract

"The right to privacy is one of the most important rights guaranteed by the constitutions for individual within each society. Some jurisprudence have limited this right to protect two basic interests of the defendant. First, the right to privacy is a necessity for the growth of human thought and the revision of the human psyche. Soul, so the right to privacy is the right essence of private life. It is the right of a person to require others to leave him alone and not to disturb him or his cell, but some call it ""the right of the person not to be social."" Second, the right to secrecy: It is everything that is not advertised, or it is all that one tends to hide from others. Confidentiality is closely linked to the idea of private life, of which personal data is part.
 However, the status of an independent legal organization that protects the right to protect personal data has become urgent in Iraq. The legislator must adopt it because it is of great importance to every member of society, especially since the permanent Iraqi constitution has defined this right as one of the rights derived from the inviolability of private life, As well as the interest of the European Community through the development of guidelines by European States, including France, and an integrated legal regulation of the right to protect personal data from destruction, modification, modification or advertising as we have already explained."
