Players' dismissal is a case stipulated in FIFA regulations for determining the status of players and their transfer between sports clubs, according to which a national sports association specialized in a specific game summons players, professionals or amateurs, who hold the nationality of that federation's country, to represent this country within a national team in international matches or The players must respond to this call-up, free of charge, and their contracting clubs must release them within a period to be determined according to demand and according to the requirements of the sports regulations, in order to participate in matches representing their country's federation, and FIFA regulations obligated sports clubs to bear several obligations during The released period, including the commitment to the theater player insurance policy. The research focused on clarifying the basis for this commitment, which is sometimes linked to the basis of the club’s commitment to released, and at other times it is linked to the professional sports contract, since most of the players called by the federations of their countries are professionals, because their personality has an important consideration for that association.
