Abstract
The Parasitic competition can be defined as trying a competitor project to achieve interest behind another commercially well-known project, in which the second has been found by paying so many efforts in terms of commercial and quality of products. Originally, the core of this idea has been derived from biological science, since this science admitted that the Helminthes, which live in organisms from plants and animals, take their full food on backup of health and safety of these plants and animals, this was regarded biological parasite. The French Jurist (Y. Sait- Gal) was the first person who transferred this idea to the law science, he emphasized that the features of biological parasite can be applied on the economic parasite in the field of commerce. It is worth to mention that many forms of such kind of unfair competition recently have appeared in the Kurdistan Region, which they have not been regulated by the Competition and Anti- Monopoly Law No. (3) of the Year 2013 and the other relevant laws. This paper, hence, studies this sensitive issue by describing, analyzing and assessment. The study also reached some conclusions, and it has proposed some recommendations for the Kurdistan Legislator, which might be useful for the sustainable development and economic security in the Kurdistan Region.
