Abstract

Family is an instinct system where the first social cell begins; it starts with a couple and then extends to include child, parents, and sometimes brothers and sisters. As a social institution, it plays the most important role in the society with its characteristics, its functions and provision of its elements to the society. It is only a group of families. The question is what are the methods to establish an ideal society that is committed to high values and principles. For sure, it is an idyllic family that certainly makes the community ideal as well. Family could be ideal when its elements meet all the requirements of ideal and perfection. When a couple meets their duties to the fullest, they meet their harvest which is to present righteous children to the society. The duty of law is to protect this idealism as it is a tool for organizing society. The only way to organize and maintain society is safety of family establishment; that could be through organizing rights and duties therein.
