This research deals with the subject of victims complaint in Iraqi criminal procedures. The legal basis and the nature of complaint. this study   importance is realeased from discussing suit moving suspension about victims complaint in the law of  criminal procedures and with comparative law this research aims to explain : 

1- The nature and the legal basis of the complaint 

2 - Determine the crimes which classified as a crime against private rights in the Iraqi law.
