Abstract

Ismet Sherif Vanli’s Strategic View on the Solution to the Kurdish Question; Ismat Sharif Vanli (1924-2011)is one of the famous Politian  figure in Kurdistan, who had significant  political and academic roles. Wanly Devoted most of his life for the service of the Kurdish issue, as a academic politician tried to put the basic of scientific theory to Strategy of  Kurdistan national  liberation, submitted it as scientific thesis to obtain a Ph.D. in political science. The structure of study is designed according to the contains an introduction and four sections. In the First section; we study his origins & configured. The second section; is devoted to a study of his political roles in the Kurdish issue. The third topic: is devoted to a study of the most important base of his  political thought, The fourth section: it is dedicated to the study of strategic vision to solve the Kurdish question, finally, the conclusion of this study and the list of references are presented in the last section of this study.
