Abstract

Cultural legacy is historical and cultural treasures regarding their historical as well as scientific values. Cultural legacy is the most important evidence to measure human development. In this paper we investigated the Algeria law and how can protect cultural legacy from all forms of abuse such as theft and smuggling.
