Abstract

Search contains (judicial errors) theoretical and practical importance of both, as deter judicial errors is one of the most prominent aspects of the criminal policy of all countries, followed by reform of the judicial system. In order to shed light on the main axes of this topic, the search section on the front and four demands devoted respectively to the statement of the concept of judicial errors and their causes, types, and means of deterrence. And included in the conclusion main conclusions and recommendations.
