Abstract
Administrative framework agreements are administrative contracts that pave the way for the signing of subsequent contracts in accordance with the general rules of these agreements, concerning to both the quantity and the prices. The administrative framework agreements divided according to the criteria of the time of their accession into open and closed agreements, and according to the criterion of the status of those contracting such agreements into agreements signed by the contracting authorities, and agreements contracted by the contracting entities. The administrative framework agreements could be contracted with repeated and emergency contracts between the official contracting authorities in the State and persons of private law or public law persons, provided that subsequent contracts should be referred to that agreement Participant who is the most responding to the agreement terms. The administrative framework agreements are implemented either by issuing purchase orders without any negotiations or reopening competition, or by contracting subsequent contracts when the framework agreement doesn’t contain the whole terms of the subsequent
