Abstract

In this research, we dealt with the provisions of the responsibility of the hospital for its employees in general، in terms of conditions and legal basis، and the inability to apply the legal rules contained in the Iraqi civil law on the responsibility of private hospitals and the extent to which this legislative deficiency can be avoided by political decision، and pharmacists. The research is divided into an introduction and two papers، and a conclusion containing the most prominent conclusions and recommendations.
