Nowadays, due to the multilateral development of communication field, and the expansion of inter –states relationships, different and various cultures and nations got ever closer. often, in view of investment interests, tourism, visiting, migration and asylum seeking, a great number of foreign, who lives abroad, faces problems and criminal cases and responsibility. So, justice access and enabling them to reach their rights, and equality, requires that the alions who cannot speak in a specific language used by a given court, are given the right to have an interpreter to help them get a linking with the national court which uses a different language. This facilitates the clarity and understanding of all the court procedures from starting to the end, as it is necessary for all suit parties to get things easily and clearly. Here, the role of interpreter becomes so important for the mutual communication of parties and their reach to necessary information
