Abstract


This study deals with identifying , the natur and the privacy of the regional attitudes from Kurdistan of irag . and the study focuses on the evolution of 1961, as a criterion then to document its facts and stand on its historical and political aspects , by analyzing the direct impact of these regional forces on the course of the Kurdish national movement , which clearly appeared during 1961-1975 . the study focuses on the extent of the illusion of the kurds in the septem ber revolution . in their confidence and dependance on the external factor to take military aid and logistical aid from iran and America to carry out the revolution, as aresult ,these forces were able to put down the revolution on the basis of the pragmatist philosophy, of interests ,and without commitment to the principle of the right of self determination and the principle of human right .
