Abstract
This study focuses on investigating the dynamic interaction between administrative judicial governance and the promotion of administrative justice, highlighting the importance of effective governance in ensuring fair administrative practices. The study defines the nature of governance, and highlights its basic principles that include accountability, transparency, and inclusiveness, and by classifying different types of governance. The study sections delve into the conceptual framework of administrative justice, defining its scope and importance in protecting individual rights against arbitrary government actions, and examining how judicial justice has evolved in response to changing social and political drivers and citizens’ expectations of justice. Comparisons between administrative justice and judicial justice illustrate their mutual roles and interconnectedness in the broader legal landscape, emphasizing the necessity of both for a just society. The study addresses the principles and requirements necessary for access to administrative justice, and obstacles that affect access to administrative justice, also delves into the importance of public participation in administrative justice processes, Finally, the study emphasizes that the impact of government policies on access to justice is based on the need for policy frameworks that truly support justice .
