Abstract

In this research ,the researcher talked about (writing of employees imposing punishment advise public Iraq employees in firm of moving government employees and public Iraqi employees no.(14) in (1991)repaired) he signed employees punishment decision gender and how re-writing that decision,he also showed important role of that decision as an article to proved management in this aspect. Here he signed many different pictures for exiting this decision then he cleaned writing statue in imposing punishment decision over employees and necessity law form to exiting this decision ,although the shortness of this decision is cleared to hope that the decision maker feels his decision to take the best decision over Iraqi employee.
