Abstract

This research، "The Legal Framework of Peaceful Culture/ an analytical comparative study in the United Nations Convention and the Iraqi's New Constitution،" includes an important and relevant subject to human beings، which has been incorporated in both documents. The research is divided to three chapters as follows: Chapter One: The Theoretical Framework of Peaceful Culture. Chapter Two: The Notion of Peace in the United Nations Convention. Chapter Three: The Notion of Peace in the Iraqi's New Constitution. To determine the content of peaceful culture and distinguishing it from other notions، the notion of peaceful culture and other related notions to it has been studied in the first chapter; in the second chapter، the notion of peace in the United Nations Convention has been studied in two dimensions: the legal dimension of peace and the political dimension of peace in the document; while in the third chapter، the notion of peace in the Iraqi's New Constitution has been studied in two dimensions، as well: the interior and the exterior dimension of peace in the document. At the end، it has been concluded that embedding of the culture of peace in the Iraqi's New Constitution is consistent with the United Nation's Convention.
