Abstract

Constitutions play an important role in promoting peaceful coexistence in contemporary societies, as they regulate relations between individuals and different groups within the state.  Constitutions work to establish the values of tolerance and mutual respect among individuals, which contributes to building a cohesive society. It defines the rights of individuals and ensures their protection, which enhances the opportunities for peaceful coexistence between different social and religious groups
