Abstract


Methodology comparison is one of the comparative ways which is considered in the legal studies, particularly in the field of private law, because this kind of comparison helps the researchers to find and determine the best rules and laws, after making a good and accurate differentiation between the laws and cases, and finally would be able to make a good and fair decision. This type of comparison needs a good time and effort. Because it requires doing a good analysis between the laws, and study of the environment and circumstance which enforced in. Additionally, it may goes back to the accuracy of the sources which the law is based on. Finally, this kind of comparison is not for political or racist's purpose, but to show the truth and adoption rules upon it.
