Family is the foundation of society, which is the basic role in the social and educational development of the child, towards the planting and promotion of nutrients and principles in the population of children, The child's personality is formed within the family, where he acquires the basic and necessary skills for membership in society, and there is no doubt that the child needs the parent to instill love and affection and security and to meet his spiritual and material needs, the system is the right of the child The goal of this system is to provide social, mental and health care for children whose circumstances do not affect them Natural, and that aims to bring them up, healthy upbringing and care for them, we have left them from love and care In the absence of the parent or their inability to provide care, and from the establishment of alternative child care over foundation care and other forms of alternative care, if it waives For the child of life, Because of the importance and events of the subject in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, we have studied this subject and focused on the legal center for children in the child rights system Alternatives5 year2020 and instructions no2 year2022 related to this system.
