Abstract


Applicable law before the International Criminal Tribunal for Anther in a single source, namely that the legislation represented in the Statute of the International Criminal Court are not the only source in the applicable law, but that Article (10) of the Statute and put the general rule applicable law, namely. that the statute Emmis any way the rules of international law existing and evolving, but Article (21) of the Statute of the allocation of the general rule contained in Article (10), as it came sources of original and backup and explanatory numerous and showed priority refer to these sources in the application and interpretation.
