Abstract


This research seeks to show the women's case into widely debated, as it tries to analyze and present the concept of feminism, and evolution of the various trends of the feminisms. The research assume that, the feminism is a global issue, not a local. In this context, this research examines the issue at different levels, ranging from the history for the existence of the issue in religions and international conventions. Consequently, the research found that there are certain fields of the issue. Depending on the a above results, the researcher claims that, this subject needs a global debate due to the global nature of this issue. Consequently, this research focused on the feminist issue in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, through the role of women in the public sphere in order to understand the phenomenon.
