In general, lobby groups have tremendous roles and impacts over the awareness process of any community. Through their activities and observations, they can create a dual pressure. On the one hand, they can be factors of raising awareness to participate in administering their community's life. On the other hand, these groups can become a very serious observer of the style of governance and distribution of authorities in responding to people's needs. Lobby groups in Kurdistan region have not been active enough due to the political, economical and cultural environments that Kurdistan Region went through. However, by virtue of the recently published law for organizing their affairs, roles of lobby groups are expected to become more influential.
