Abstract

The issue of contracting between the oil companies & the Federal Government or the Local Governments was & still a very serious political lawful point. Thus. our humble research try to lighting all the aspects of that point through two chapters : - First one. try to count all the kinds of oil contracts in the world. and its details. forms and examples of it inside or outside Iraq & Middle East. - Second one. it tries to analyzing the disagreements between the Kurdish Government and the Federal Government about the oil contracting specifically. by discussing it politically. economically. constitutionally and lawfully.
