Abstract


The human instinct to seek protection of his reputation and defend any cost and by any means, not only the importance of life without maintaining this reputation is priceless. It is understood that the scientific and technical development in the field of new media have increased the risk to reputation unwound, which increases the importance of research methods and effective legal rules to keep pace with this development to protect this right of the human assault. This research addresses the adequacy of the criminal rules adopted by the Iraqi legislator to protect the human right abuse reputation. In order to take the subject has divided the search to three detectives first addressed the nature of human and the reputation are touched on the concept of the second looked and the human reputation abuse. As the second, episode we have the rules of the criminal protection of reputation in Iraqi legislation either the third episode was devoted to exceptions to the rules of the criminal protection of the reputation of the man. and we finished the finale where the main findings and recommendation.
