The theory of (John Rawls) about (Justice) is the most influential contribution to contemporary political philosophy in the twentieth century, both in terms of quantity and quality in the depth of his theory of justice and what was written about it (supports or rejections), and linking his theory between the glorification of freedom, according to the liberal tradition and the need for equality toward the people, and establishing what called a (liberal egalitarianism) in Western political philosophy. This research stems from a question about the possibility of applying the principles of the (Rawls’s theory) in equity at the global level in order to achieve justice among different peoples, presumably about his contribution to global justice fit to be a nucleus to build a theory of justice at the global level. (Rawls) starts his theory of justice, with internal version, but he provides a new version for global justice in his book (Law of Peoples), he depends on the project of (Immanuel Kant) bout (perpetual peace), and focuses on people as an actor in international relations rather than sovereign national state which monopolies power and the wars, in Rawls’s view people are not aggressive and they are trying to reach peace through democracy and justice. Rawls views a set of principles for peoples within liberal and well-ordered societies, and develops a set of restrictions on the just war doctrine, and trying to simply call for (Stable Democratic Peace) through the creation of cooperation between liberal peoples and well-ordered societies, and assume the duty of Assist.ance towards the Burdened Societies, and do repelled outlaw states and intervene if necessary in order to stop the serious violations of human rights.
