Abstract

Irregular and voluntary migrations together are part of human life throughout history. The refugee problem has been exacerbated at the international level, especially in light of the increasing intensity of international and internal conflicts, and grave violations of human rights. The international migration as a global phenomenon has political, economic, social, The Development and humanitarian are implications that cross all geographical boundaries. To meet these challenges, a global approach is required and international solutions are needed. Today, asylum is the most serious problem in our contemporary world due to the heavy burdens that the refugee waves place on the host countries. The root causes of the irregular movement of refugees and migrants should be addressed.
